Fitted with inbuilt overflow - allows water to continuously run removing starch whilst pasta is cooking. Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily. All stainless-steel construction. High output of pasta/noodles. Floor drain required.
Supplied in Nat Gas as standard but also supplied with a LPG conversion kit
