UBERT GOURMET LINE DHTG COUNTERTOP OR FLOOR STANDING HEATED DISPLAY WITH STATIC HEAT.

The Ubert Gourmetline range of Heated display cases are ideal for retail outlets wanting to display pre cooked food products. The static heat, with each well individually controlled, overhead heat lamps and humidity system gaurentees product quality and keeps even and consistent heat even during busy periods. The Curved pillarless glass design and rear mirror doos optimises product display. The front glass can be raised and held open on gas struts allowing front loading and easy cleaning.

  • Capacity - Holds 3, 4, 5 or 7 x 1/1gn + 1/3gn containers (not supplied) 
  • Flexibility - Each well is individually controlled allowing a range of different products to be displayed with optional timers for each well on request
  • Smart Heat system - Thermostatically controlled Static heat to base display with each well independently controlled, overhead ceramic heaters with quartz lamps- gaurentees temperature control and maintains product quality and allows humidity to be controlled (more heat less humidity)
  • Well timers - as an option each well can be fitted with its own timer, alerting the operator when to replenish the display
  • Easy to clean - the open heating basin doesn't have obstructions like fan motors etc to hinder cleaning 
  • Unobstructed view - Curved glass without framework 
  • Front glass panels lifts up on hidden gas struts(operator service models) - allowing loading from the front and easy cleaning
  • Electronic digital thermostaically controlled 0 - 85ºC
  • Mirror glass doors to rear in effect doubles the products on display - easily removed for cleaning
  • Special effect halogen lighting
  • Core probe - allows constant monitoring of product on display 
  • All glass panels can be removed for cleaning
  • The Countertop display is designed to be fitted to your own shopfitted base unit or can be supplied with a choice of base 
  • Can be suited with Ubert Cube range of refrigerated displays for mixed product display.
