This Moretti Forni SF/50P Professional Floorstanding dough sheeter allows quick and easy rolling out of dough with minimal input from the operator.

- Belt direction - the direction of the belt can be reversed by the swing of the handle
- Dough thickness - the thickness of the dough to be rolled can be adjusted froma few mm to upto 350mm
- Safety - Safety switches activate when the machine is opened and is fitted with an emergency stop button
- Supplied with stainless steel collector tray
- Supplied with 2 wooden rolling pins for winding up the finished dough sheet
