Delivery and Returns

Deliveries on orders over £100.00 + VAT are Free of Charge. (Zone 1 UK Mainland Only)

Any orders under £100.00+ VAT will incur a carriage charge of £8.95 + VAT. (Zone 1 UK Mainland Only) Based on our standard delivery service. Overnight or Weekend Deliveries may be arranged but will incur additional charges please speak to our sales team for a quotation on Tel:020 7613 3084.

Delivery quoted is to Zone 1 Mainland UK only please see below map of areas. Other zone deliveries are price on application (POA) depending on your delivery post code. Please ring for quotation.

BULK ITEMS & FRAGILE ITEMS WILL INCUR EXTRA DELIVERY COST DEPENDING ON THE SIZE & WEIGHT OF THE ITEMS AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. Please contact sell for the extra delivery cost

 Zone 1

Delivery is usually made within 48 hours if you order before 2PM. Orders placed on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next working day.


Extended Delivery Items

Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery and glassware. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery within the lead times quoted on the website, contact our office on 0207613 3084 if you need to confirm lead times.

Heavy Equipment

Our specialist delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Complaints

How to return goods


Euro Catering UK Ltd operates a 7 day cancellation / money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of purchase unused and in it's original packaging for a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Please note carriage charges will not be refunded on returns where the item purchased matches the description of the product and has been delivered within the quoted time.

Special order items, bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled.

A restocking charge may also apply to special order items or Heavy Equipment.

Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the local rate number 020 7613 3084 to obtain your return authorization number and details on how and where to return your product.

You are entitled to claim a full refund if the goods that have been ordered are not delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Repairs

All commercial products bought from Euro Catering UK Ltd have a minimum one year manufacturer’s warranty.

In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 020 7613 3084 and we will arrange a manufacturer’s repair in line with their terms and conditions.
